Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If it is not right for you, you can return it.
14-day right of withdrawal
If you bought online as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the artwork to tell us that you wish to return it. You do not need to give a reason.
How to return an artwork
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery at pictura.informacio@gmail.com with your name, order details and the artwork you wish to return.
- We will confirm the return and the address to send it to.
- Send the artwork back within 14 days of your message, in its original packaging or packaging that gives the same protection, with insurance and tracking.
Condition of returned artworks
Please return the artwork in the same condition you received it, together with its certificate of authenticity and any accessories. We may reduce a refund if the work has been damaged or handled beyond what is needed to examine it.
Return shipping costs
Return shipping is paid by the buyer, unless the artwork arrived damaged or does not match its description. In those cases please contact us first and we will arrange and pay for the return.
Refunds
We refund the full price of the artwork and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait to issue the refund until the artwork has arrived back at the gallery or you have sent us proof of return shipment. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used to buy.
Artwork damaged in transit
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the work and the packaging. Every shipment is insured and we will find a solution with you: repair, return with a full refund, or another arrangement you prefer.

Artworks bought through our Catawiki auctions follow Catawiki's buyer terms and protection for returns and refunds.
