These terms apply to purchases made on picturasubastas.com. By placing an order you accept them.
1. About us
This website is operated by Pictura Subastas, an art gallery located at C/ Enric Granados, 4, 17800 Olot (Girona), Spain. Email: pictura.informacio@gmail.com. Phone: +34 688 899 034.
2. Artworks and descriptions
All works are original pieces or limited editions, as stated in each description. We describe every artwork as accurately as possible, including its medium, dimensions and condition. Colours may vary slightly between screens. If you need more photographs or information before buying, please contact us.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is made online through Stripe's secure checkout. Your order is confirmed once payment has been received.
4. Availability
Each artwork is unique. Works may also be offered in our gallery or auctions, so in the rare case that a piece is sold elsewhere at the same moment as your order, we will tell you immediately and refund your payment in full.
5. Shipping
Delivery terms, costs and times are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk passes to you when the artwork is delivered to you or to a person you designate.
6. Right of withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. The procedure is set out on our Returns & Refunds page.
7. Authenticity and guarantee
Every artwork is sold with a certificate of authenticity issued by the gallery. Your statutory rights under Spanish and EU consumer law, including the legal guarantee of conformity, are not affected by these terms.
8. Auctions
Works sold through our auctions on Catawiki are subject to Catawiki's own terms and conditions.
9. Intellectual property
Buying an artwork gives you ownership of the physical work. Copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist or their heirs. Photographs and texts on this website may not be reused without our permission.
10. Complaints and applicable law
If you have any problem with your order, please contact us first and we will do our best to solve it. These terms are governed by Spanish law. Consumers may bring a claim before the courts of their place of residence. The European Commission also offers an online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
