Shipping & Delivery

Every artwork leaves our gallery in Olot carefully prepared, fully insured and tracked from our door to yours.

Shipping costs

  • European Union: free shipping on every order.
  • Outside the EU: free shipping on orders over €200. For orders under €200 we calculate the shipping cost after your purchase and send it to you for approval before dispatch.

How we pack your artwork

Each work is prepared individually by our team. We protect corners and frames, wrap the piece in protective materials and use rigid packaging suited to its size, so it arrives in the same condition it left the gallery.

Insurance and tracking

All shipments are fully insured for their value and include a tracking number, which we send you by email as soon as your artwork is on its way.

Delivery times

We dispatch as quickly as possible once payment is confirmed. Delivery times depend on the destination and the carrier; within Europe most parcels arrive within a few working days of dispatch. If you need your artwork by a particular date, let us know before you buy and we will do our best to help.

Customs and import duties

Orders shipped within the European Union have no customs charges. For destinations outside the EU, import duties and local taxes may apply on arrival; these are set by the destination country and are paid by the buyer.

Receiving your artwork

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note it with the carrier if possible and take photos before opening. If anything has been damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will resolve it with you and the carrier.

Collection in person

You are welcome to collect your artwork from our gallery at C/ Enric Granados, 4, 17800 Olot (Girona), Spain. Please contact us first to arrange a time.
